Lisa Kivirist and John Ivanko operate Inn Serendipity, where they are trying to pioneer a different way of doing business, one which strives to value “natural capital” and respect all life on Earth.
Based on how they operate and participation in various carbon offset programs, all aspects of their business — including the hospitality business, speaking related to their books, marketing consulting and freelance writing — result in operating a “carbon negative” business, sequestering more carbon dioxide annually than emitted from business operations and their personal lifestyle.
